Outdoor Students at KNSSC

 On Monday September 30  from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.  Trent Pontalti from Mount Boucherie Secondary School will be bringing his Outdoor Education students to Kelowna Nordic. The students will split and stack wood, as they did last year, and do some trail brushing. 

They have chosen this day, which is National Truth & Reconciliation Day to engage in community service. We appreciate their enthusiasm and energy !  This is a big help to our club.  Members are welcome to join in. Directors Chris and Tom will be on site to organize tasks.

KAL TIRE PROMOTION - Ends Sept. 30th

Members have received the Ski Cross Country magazine in the mail. On page 41 there is a coupon for $100 off the purchase of 4 new tires. By supporting Kal Tire  we are supporting the development of cross country skiing in B.C.

The 6 clubs that redeem the most coupons win cash prizes.

Last year Kelowna Nordic won $1500, thanks to the participation of our members.

Annual Memberships are Available!

Early Bird Memberships are available until October 31st, 2024. Regular rates will apply after November 1st, 2024.

Buying a membership makes you part of a great community and provides our club with the necessary support to run the club this upcoming season.

Electronic membership cards will be sent by email from the Zone4 system upon purchasing a season's pass. In addition, plasticized membership cards for easy identification of members on the trails will

be available for pick-up at the AGM and at other sites to be announced

This year we are moving from asking for donations for daily ski and snowshoe passes to mandatory fees. This change in our status with Rec Sites BC will ensure that everybody pays their fair share.
